BANANA SPLITS....1969

SUPER DROOPER....S. D. #11

(CREEPY CLOTHES CLUTCHER)

1. (M. S.) The Splits are seated around the radio in the club house.

RADIO ANNCR. (V. O. Filter)

"Flash... We can expect the invasion of the Creepy Clothes Clutcher in Banana Splitsville."

DROOPER

"I thought I heard him say, the creepy clothes clutcher ? ? ? ?"

RADIO ANNCR.

"You heard right...The creepy clothes clutcher craftily and cunningly clutches all the clothes he can carry from your closet. Isn't that horrible?"

FLEEGLE

"I don't know...what did he say?"

RADIO ANNCR.

"I said, until the capricious creepy clothes clutcher is caught, keep your closets closed."

2. (C. U.) Drooper turns off radio and jumps up.

DROOPER

"This looks like a job for Super Drooper."

3. (M. S.) of group.

FLEEGLE

"Did Drooper say Super Drooper ? ? ? ?"

BINGO

"Looks like the creepy clothes clutcher is about to be clobbered."

4. Camera follows Drooper. Drooper runs to closet and enters.

SOUND OF GENERAL CLATTER

Closet items fly out open door. Drooper emerges dressed in cape and mask. On his head is a woman's hat box which he removes.

MUSIC FANFARE

Drooper flexes his muscles and poses.

5. (L. S.) of gang.

SUPER DROOPER

"Stand back gang...Super Drooper flies again."

FLEEGLE

"Super Drooper...are you sure you can fly?"

SUPER DROOPER

"Do people eat peas with a knife?.... Up....Up....and away."

Super Drooper grabs hanging rope and swings off camera frame. The rope swings back into frame with Drooper still on it. He swings off opposite frame.

CRASH

6. (M. S.) Super Drooper's feet are sticking out of closet. He gets up, brushes himself off and charges again.

7. (M. S.) Door area. Snorky opens door as Drooper leaps out.

CRASH

Snorky closes door.

BINGO

"That's two crash landings in one day."

KNOCKING SOUND ON DOOR

Fleegle enters scene and opens the door revealing Super Drooper's head only peering around the edge of the frame of the open doorway.

FLEEGLE

"It's Super Drooper."

SUPER DROOPER

"Do I have another Super Drooper suit at the cleaners?"

FLEEGLE

"Why? Did you run into the creepy clothes clutcher ? ? ? ?"

Drooper reveals himself. His outfit is missing and he wears a barrel with suspenders around his middle.

SUPER DROOPER

"What do you think?"
